HD MR Gypsum Powder

METHOD OF USAGE

MIXING PROCESS FOR HD MR GYPSUM POWDER:

• Ensure that the mixing container is clean and free from contaminants.
• Add clean water to the container first, followed by HD MR Gypsum Powder in a 2:1 ratio (2 parts powder to 1 part water).
• Gradually mix the powder into the water using a mechanical mixer or hand tool to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency.
• Allow the mixture to rest for 2-3 minutes to enable the additives to dissolve completely.
• Re-mix the prepared material before application to ensure a homogenous blend.
• Prepare only the required quantity. For optimal performance, the mixture should be used within 30-45 minutes.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

• Apply the mixed HD MR Gypsum Powder to the desired surface using a trowel or putty knife.
• Spread evenly to achieve a uniform thickness, typically between 1-2 mm.
• Smooth the surface using a finishing trowel for a refined look.
• Allow the applied surface to dry completely before painting or applying other finishes.

APPLICATION AREAS:

• Suitable for use on walls, ceilings, and partitions in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.
• Ideal for damp areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and other moisture-prone environments.

CAUTION:

• Avoid inhaling dust while mixing and applying the powder.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and gloves.

PRECAUTIONS:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• In case of dust inhalation, move to fresh air immediately.
• If in contact with eyes or mouth, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Dispose of waste material responsibly according to local regulations.
