Sarwinplast Sand-free plaster is Silica, White cement &.. Polymer based plastering mix with ready to use compounds that assures greater consistency and better as well as long lasting plastering solution for all types of works. They give a high quality and even surface for painting or other finishes as required. These are suitable for both precast and conventional buildings. Sarwinplast Sand-free Plaster can be applied directly to either new or old solid surfaces of em1yaentech.
METHOD OF USAGE
MIXING & APPLICATION:
- Use approximately 0.300 to 0.5 L of freshwater for 1 kg SARWIN Sand free Plaster. I.e. Water to Powder ratio is approx 25:100. Mix thoroughly till uniform (free from bubbles and lumps) paste occurs.
- Allow the paste to be rest for 5-10 minutes. Adjust consistency if necessary, Remix, and apply with iron trowel/blades.
- Apply one coat of the above paste on to the substrate with the trowel. The thickness allowed in one coat application is 3-5 mm. Ensure that the second coat application should be done when the first coat is totally dried.
- The second coat can be done with either SARWIN PREMIUM WALL CARE fine Putty or Ceiling Plaster.
- Always prepare the required quantity of paste and use it within 2-3 hrs
