METHOD OF USAGE

 

INSTALLATION PROCESS FOR HD MR GYPSUM BOARDS:
  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or any loose particles.
  • Measure and cut the HD MR Gypsum Board to the required size using a sharp knife or saw.
  • Apply suitable drywall adhesive or use screws to fix the boards to metal or wooden framing.
  • Maintain a gap of 10mm between the board edges and the floor to prevent moisture absorption.
  • Align the boards properly and fasten them securely, ensuring the screws are flush with the board surface.
  • Apply joint tape and jointing compound to seams and screw heads for a smooth finish.
  • Allow the jointing compound to dry, then sand the surface lightly for a uniform appearance.
  • The board is now ready for finishing with paint, wallpaper, or tiles as desired.

CAUTION:

  • Avoid exposure to prolonged water contact.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct moisture.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when cutting or sanding.

PRECAUTIONS:

    • Keep out of reach of children.
    • In case of dust inhalation, move to fresh air immediately.
    • In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
    • Dispose of waste material responsibly according to local regulations.
